We are not just a Pilates studio, we offer a variety of movement systems such as Pilates, Gyrotonic® and CoreAlign®. Our programs will include a highly effective method (The CoreAlign®) of enhancing posture, gait balance and functional movement that is widely utilized in both rehabilitation and athletic training settings.
Gyrokinesis Method
Gyrokinesis offers a holistic movement method focusing on the entire body. Through rhythmic, flowing sequences, it opens energy pathways, enhances range of motion, and builds functional strength.
This unique approach integrates movement, breath, and mental focus, awakening the entire system and promoting balance. By prioritizing breath, it triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing feelings of calmness, well- being, and mental clarity by the session's end.
